We have two ways to deliver an order. The order can be sent to a dealer or delivered directly to the consumer.
There are different shipping times, depending on the country where the order is going to be delivered.
- With natural stone products, the order will be delivered within two weeks
- With Real wood products, the order will be delivered within five weeks
- With natural stone products, the order will be delivered within two weeks
- With Real wood products, the order will be delivered within five weeks
- Only undamaged products which are returned in original packaging will be credited. If the packaging is no longer available, please contact Forzalaqua for a suitable solution.
- Customized products, specially produced products for the order or edited products can't be returned.
- We will not return products which have stickers on them. The glue stain makes the product unsaleable. Please wrap foil around a product first, before labeling a product. Or mark the product on the bottom where it’s not noticeable.
